and it will be deleted after the end of the archiving period of the book of records of people who came to the premises (i.e. after 10 years), in which your personal data was recorded,

Pursuant to Article 13 para. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 – „GDPR”, we would like to inform you that:
1. The administrator of your personal data processed in the form of a video image is SZCZĘŚNIAK Pojazdy Specjalne Sp. z o.o. in Bielsko-Biała, with its seat in 43-346 Bielsko-Biała, Bestwińska St. 105 A, Poland
2. In matters related to the protection of personal data, you can contact the data protection officer, as follows:

3. The processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of the provisions of Article 22² of the Act of June 26, 1974 – Labor Code in order to ensure the safety of persons, protect property and control production in the area of the Company’s infrastructure in Bielsko-Biała.
4. Data may be transferred to other entities authorized to obtain personal data only on the basis of legal provisions.
5. Your personal data will be processed for a maximum of 60 days, as it is the time determined by the technological properties of the monitoring system in terms of storing the recorded image. After this period, the data will be automatically deleted.
6. Pursuant to the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to:
a) access to recordings in justified cases,
b) request removal of your personal data or image anonymization on recorded images,
c) restrictions on the processing of your personal data,
d) to object to the processing of your personal data,
e) file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office with its seat in Warsaw, Stawki St. 2.
7. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
