Szczęśniak Pojazdy Specjalne is a private company established in 1992. Over 200 vehicles are manufactured yearly, where 80 % represent vehicles for fire services and remaining 20% - military or special vehicles. They are being operated in 30 countries. The company biggest advantage is its nearly 30 years’ experience, innovative approach for construction and its flexibility enabling production of both, a single vehicle or a whole series. The leading motto of the company is that passion guarantees the highest quality. As a family company we pay close attention to quality and safety of manufactured vehicles. Since 2019 the company has been entered into the register of enterprises of special significance for the economy and defense, defined by ordinance of Council of Ministers which is an expression of highest level of trust from the State.
The company's offer includes special vehicles for the production of which, the chassis of renowned brands such as Scania, Tatra, Man, Renault, Iveco or Mercedes are used, then, in the production process, they are given the superstructure and features desired by the user.
The company's profile includes specialized vehicles (products) manufactured according to strict requirements and needs of uniformed services, both for single and serial production.
The diversification of the company's product range covers three main product groups divided according to the target user which are: Fire Services- the Army-the Public Order Units. A complement to this are mobile workshop vehicles, special trailers or containers. The more specialized the product, the greater company’s competitive advantage in the market.
Since 2006, the company is in possession of concession No. B-046/2006 of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration to conduct business activities in the field of manufacturing and trading: explosives, weapons, ammunition, products and technology for military or police purposes. It has implemented the management system compliant with AQAP 2110: 2016 and the Internal Control System PN-N-19001: 2006, enabling the execution of orders for armed forces
The company's offer includes armored evacuation and rescue vehicles (army), pyrotechnic vehicles, video monitoring, pyrotechnic ambulances and special riots’ vehicles (police).
Almost 80% of the production consists of vehicles for fire brigades. These are rescue and firefighting vehicles, technical, road, water and chemical rescue vehicles. The vehicles vary from 3.5 tons to over 44 tons of GVW with the best quality components such as GODIVA pumps, ARKON cannons or IFM control systems. The vehicle is made in aluminum or mixed technology, subject to certification and tests before implementation. Modular superstructure in fire-fighting vehicles is the most innovative structure available on the market.
Since 2013, the company is located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone, one of fourteen zones of this type in the country. In addition to economic factors, the location of the company within its premises allowed to reduce the company's impact on the environment by building a modern production plant with an area of 15,000 m2 and spiritualizing the production of modular superstructures.
Modern production facility enables the production of up to 20 vehicles per month. As evidenced by the number of vehicles produced and their diversity, it is the most modern company of this type in Poland.
The vehicle is designed using 3D modeling programs. The modular nature of the structure allows high degree of unification among models and achievement of a high level reliability. Which means, it is on the road when it should be and that it can provide help when it is needed the most.
The company is able to carry out superstructures made of stainless steel, aluminum, but also made of composites and polymers. The greatest asset is the possibility to make hybrid structures with the advantages of each technology. The major part of the company's machine park are CNC machines (numerically controlled), which allow the maximum increase in production efficiency in this area. Qualified staff guarantees the quality of production is maintained at every stage.
Besides the domestic customers, the company's products are used in 30 countries. The company's offer, in addition to design and construction of the vehicle, also includes its shipping, user training, warranty and post-warranty repairs in every part of the world.
