QUALITY ASSURANCE

     Our driving force is our approach to quality, which accompanies our process of designing and building special purpose vehicles. The quality of our final product is the sum of the inherent qualities of each individual stage within the total development process: from construction to engineering, and the choice of materials, from the process of production to the sale and the post-sale services. In the long run, an integrated approach to quality will ensure the reliability of the final product and, eventually, the product’s longevity.
As one of the first companies in the fire industry, Przedsiębiorstwo Pojazdy Specjalistyczne Zbigniew Szczęśniak sp. z o.o. introduced the ISO 9001 series Quality Management System. Our company was the first to expand this system through the AQAP 2110 certificate that allows for the provision of supplies to NATO members for their military forces. The company is currently the only one in Poland with an Internal Quality Management System and an ISO 14001 series system, which confirms the company’s concern for the natural environment.
The Integrated Quality Management System of Pojazdy Specjalistyczne Zbigniew Szczęśniak includes:

	ISO 9001 - athe ISO 9001, a standard concerning quality management which is required by the International Organization for Standardization. The system aims to assess the capability of an organization to satisfy the requirements of the customer, requirements set forth by the provisions of law and other requirements applicable for the product and specified by relevant organizations.
	AQAP 2110 - which applies to all entrepreneurs interested in supplying their products to the Ministries of Defence in NATO member countries. This standard constitutes an extension of the ISO 9001.
	ISO 14001 is an international standard confirming that, as a result of acting in accordance with the natural environment in all the aspects of its activity, the company is a socially and environmentally responsible entity.
	Internal Control System - obligatory for all importers and exporters of the so-called “strategic goods” pursuant to the Act on International Trade of Goods, Technologies and Services Strategic to the National Security, and for the Maintenance of International Peace and Safety (Polish Journal of Laws 2000.119.1250, as amended).

	License of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration –the company has a license to run business activities within the scope of the production and trade of explosives, weapons, ammunitions, as well as of goods and technologies for use by the police and the army (pursuant to the Act included in the Polish Journal of Laws 2001.67.679, as amended).
